Historic Courthouse Renovations

From just a few old photographs, Pacific Architectural Millwork recreated the vintage hand-carved mouldings, trim, and millwork of the distinguished Riverside County Courthouse.

Originally built in 1903, the historic building features hand-carved, quartered medium-flake red oak millwork. We milled and installed these pieces as part of a turnkey renovation project, which also included custom doors, windows, and special pieces such as the back wall pediment and entry door transom.

Pacific Architectural Millwork was also able to integrate modern features with the historic design, such as handicap access and audio-visual equipment.
